Brief description of the machine:
A hand-operated band saw, lowering under the influence of gravity, miter sawing from 0° to 60° (left).
Convenient 0°, 45°, and 60° stop on the left, scale plate for identifying different angles.
Blade tension adjustment from the front of the saw frame, stroke end control. Belt guides with bearings for blade alignment, 260 mm diameter pulleys.
Start button inside the handle.
Floor stand with door and storage space. Cast iron saw frame with a 42° angle to prevent excessive loading of the blade.
High tension blade 1000 kg/cm2, directed through the front screw allows higher cutting accuracy and working speed. Cutting capacity at 90° for round workpieces up to 185 mm, for angular workpieces up to 180 mm, and for rectangular workpieces up to 200 x 150 mm.

Roller tables with free rolls, to use for loading side and unloading side, made of an electrowelded steel structure in forms of 2 meters each, with 7 galvanized steel rolls (of PVC for Velox models), the first element is with two adjustable height pedestals , the following ones with single pedestal. They include plates of protection among the rolls to avoid crushing. The structure is completely closed to avoid dispersions of coolant. |
