Easy stops at 0°, 45°, 60° and graduated plate to identify different angles.
Blade guides with hard metal pads.
Floor stand with opening in the back containing removable coolant-tank and electro-pump.
Cast iron sawframe inclined to 42°, in order not to strain excessively the blade. High tension blade 1500 kg/ cm², which allows a greater cutting accuracy and a bigger execution speed.
Cutting capacity at 90 °, round 220 mm , square till 210, rectangular till 250 x 110.

Minimal lubrication system OPTIONALIt is possible to require , for all Imet machines, the minimal lubrication system , it avoids the dispersion of refrigerant liquid typical in the use of emulsifiable oil, the life of the blade is not in any way affected. |

| Roller tables RTS
Roller tables with free rolls, to use for loading side and unloading side, made of an electrowelded steel structure in forms of 2 meters each, with 7 galvanized steel rolls (of PVC for Velox models), the first element is with two adjustable height pedestals , the following ones with single pedestal. They include plates of protection among the rolls to avoid crushing. The structure is completely closed to avoid dispersions of coolant. |

Roller tables with free rolls and length stop through a hand-wheel with chain transmission and reading of the measure through LCD display. Automatic and pneumatic withdrawal of 50 mm to facilitate the unload of the cut piece, return in position through a button on the control. Turnover of the length stop with a button on the control, through pneumatic piston. Block in position is also pneumatic through a button. |
