IMET H 601 AF-NC INDUSTRY 4.0 READY* Automatic CNC twin column bandsaw
Automatic CNC twin column bandsaw with the possibility to memorize up to 99 different cutting programs with different cutting lengths on the same bar.
The machine has the possibilty to manage all the operative conditions (like the band speed, total number of cut pieces) on its touch screeen display. Thanks to the CNC and touch screen display is also possibile to set the cutting lengths and quantity with automatic repetition. The machine can be managed remotely thanks to the Industry 4.0 Ready setting.
Feeder 550mm long (available also 1500mm) with electric movement through recirculation ballscrews with 32mm diameter onto linear guides.
Steel sawframe with tubular section; working area supporter by a central pivot with preloaded bearings. Sawframe movement onto an electrowelded big size column, through two recirculating.
520mm diameter pulleys and long-life monoblock motoreductor.
Electronic inverter for variable blade speed
Registrable band guides with hard metal pads and guided bearings.

Automatic control of the beginning and end cut through a feeler pin; regulation of the descent of the arc and strength of the penetration through touch screen display.
Sawframe canted 6° allows sawblade to freely and easily cut through the bottom of structural section without vibration, binding or slowdown os sawing rates.
90° cutting capacity is 510mm round, 480mm squared, rectangular 610x450mm.
*The modem for Industry 4.0, teleservice and remote control is supplied as an optional.

It is possible to require , for all Imet machines, the minimal lubrication system , it avoids the dispersion of refrigerant liquid typical in the use of emulsifiable oil, the life of the blade is not in any way affected. |
